Long since overdue... - Jul 11, 08:23 AM

I apologize for the lack of updates lately. I’ve been busy with this thing called “Real Life” and right now is the first time I’ve been able to actually sit down and work on this. First, I’d like to thank Wa at Winboards for her contributions to Game Graveyard, which are now going to be added. Second, I’d like to thank RiotNET (Donate if you can) for hosting the downloads. Finally, I’d like to thank stitch, ka0s, and Duff at winboards for hosting the Game Graveyard forums and putting the time and money into keeping things running there. So without further adéu, updates!

From Wa @ Winboards:

Bible Adventures (1991) (Wisdom Tree, Inc)
Bible Paint & Learn (1996?) (SONSoft)
Kid Pix for Windows (199x) (Brøderbund) – Not sure yet on the year for this one
Lego Island (1997) (Mindscape, Inc.)
PC Computing Shareware Disks (1997 & 1998) – Might do a little more research on these before posting
Reading Adventures in Oz (1993) (Davidson & Associates)
SimCopter (1996) (Electronic Arts, Inc.)
SimTower: The Vertical Empire (1994) (Maxis Software, Inc.)
Spiritual Warfare (1992) (Wisdom Tree, Inc)
Tetris Classic (1992) (Spectrum Holobyte, Inc.)
The Miracle Piano Teaching System (1990) (The Software Toolworks, Inc.)

This news post will be updated as the above games are posted.
I will try to do more incremental updates like this more often so that it doesn’t look like i’m neglecting the site :P.

Site News,

Server finally switched over - Apr 19, 06:03 PM

The site has been switched back to the production web server and Game Graveyard should be back to normal. If you see this message, your DNS has already updated.

Site News,

Update on server switch - Apr 18, 11:22 PM

Hard drives have been switched out, the server now has new RAID 5 capabilities and more RAM (that isn’t bad). The server will be back in a datacenter with a new ISP on Monday. I will start adding games again after that occurs. The site will stay online on the temporary server to make for a smooth transition with little or no downtime.

Site News,

Update - Apr 9, 06:08 AM

The site has been moved to a slightly more powerful server (Opteron 1218, 4GB of RAM) so speed problems should be gone. I tried to make this a more interesting news post, but that plan kind of failed :P

Site News,

Temporary server - Apr 6, 01:28 AM

If you see this article, you have been directed to a temporary server that is a bit slower than the regular production server. This will host Game Graveyard until the main server is back up.

EDIT: To clarify, the downloads are on a different server and are therefor not effected.
